This Privacy Policy explains how Right Hand ("Right Hand," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit therighthand.io, take our application quiz, book a call, or receive our emails (together, the "Services").

1. Information we collect

Information you give us: your first and last name, email address, phone number, and your answers to our application quiz (such as your current situation, goals, timeline, and income range).
Booking information: when you schedule a call, our scheduling provider (Calendly) collects your name, email, chosen time, and time zone, and shares the booking details with us.
Information collected automatically: device and browser details, IP address, pages visited, referring URL, and similar usage data, collected through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies (including the Meta Pixel).
Communications: emails you send us and whether you open or click our emails.

2. How we use your information

To review your application and decide which program or call is the best fit for you.
To schedule, confirm, and remind you about calls, including sending the video meeting link.
To contact you by email, phone, or text message about your application, your call, and our programs, as you consented to when you submitted the quiz.
To send follow-up emails about our programs (you can unsubscribe at any time).
To measure and improve our website and advertising, including measuring the results of ads on Meta (Facebook and Instagram).
To comply with the law and protect our rights.

3. Text messages

By checking the consent box on our application, you agree to receive calls and text messages from Right Hand about your application at the number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We do not sell or share your phone number or text-messaging consent with third parties for their own marketing.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the Services, including:

Vercel (website hosting)
Resend (sending email)
Calendly and Google (scheduling and video calls)
Meta Platforms (advertising measurement through the Meta Pixel and Conversions API, which may receive hashed contact details and website events)

We may also share information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a sale or transfer of our business.

5. Cookies and advertising

We and our advertising partners use cookies and pixels to understand how visitors use our site and to show and measure ads, including ads on Meta platforms. You can adjust your browser to block or delete cookies, and you can manage ad preferences in your Facebook and Instagram settings and at aboutads.info/choices.

6. How long we keep information

We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes above, unless a longer period is required by law. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see Section 8).

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Emails: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
Texts: reply STOP.

The Services are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18.
