These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of therighthand.io and any programs, coaching, content, tools, and calls offered by Right Hand ("Right Hand," "we," "us"), including the EA Accelerator and any self-paced program (together, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
Right Hand provides education, coaching, templates, and software tools designed to help people develop executive assistant skills and pursue executive assistant roles or independent executive-assistant businesses. Right Hand is an educational and coaching company. We are not an employment agency, staffing firm, or recruiter, and we do not guarantee employment, interviews, clients, or contracts.
Any figures on our website, in our videos, emails, or calls, including salaries, timeframes (such as "45 days"), client counts, and income examples, are illustrative goals or individual experiences. They are not typical, and they are not a promise or guarantee of results. Your results depend on many factors, including your background, skills, effort, the job market, and factors outside our control. Many people who use our Services will earn less, take longer, or not achieve these outcomes at all.
Testimonials and case studies reflect the experiences of specific individuals. They are not typical, and you should not expect the same results.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services or purchase a program.
Program prices, inclusions, and payment terms are presented to you before you enroll. If you choose a payment plan, you agree to make every scheduled payment in full, even if you stop participating. Missed payments may result in suspended access to the program and coaching.
All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds, in whole or in part, for any program, coaching, or payment plan installment, including if you do not complete the program, do not attend coaching sessions, or do not achieve a particular result. See our Refund Policy.
Coaching sessions are scheduled based on availability. Sessions you miss without reasonable notice may not be rescheduled. Coaching is educational guidance, not legal, tax, financial, or employment advice.
If you choose to work as an independent contractor (including as a "Floating EA"), you are responsible for your own business, contracts, taxes, insurance, confidentiality obligations, and compliance with any agreements you have with current or past employers or clients.
All program materials, videos, templates, AI tools and systems (including "Right Hand OS"), and website content are owned by Right Hand or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use them for your own career and business. You may not copy, resell, share, or distribute them.
You agree not to misuse the Services, interfere with the website, share your access with others, or use our materials to build a competing program.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Right Hand will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or income. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
